its 15th year Dulces Latin Bistro,
rated as a three-star restaurant by the Seattle Tempo, has quickly become a
neighborhood favorite. Chef Julie Guerrero's Latin menu (Latin being defined by
the fusion of French, Spanish, Italian) and regional Mexican flavors changes
seasonally to take advantage of the freshest ingredients available to the
Pacific Northwest.

Dulces is the winner of seven "Best of Award of Excellence" awards from the
Wine Spectator for our outstanding list, which includes 1000 different
labels and is shared with only 800 other restaurants in the world.
The hospitality of Julie and her husband Carlos Kainz who manages the restaurant, is a treat. The duo, with the help of long standing key employees, knows how to take care of their customers - including taking special requests for menu alterations and dietary needs.
